To get started at CrossFit Magnitude we require every prospective member to attend a FREE INTRO SESSION with one of our certified CrossFit Trainers. Our complementary 1 on 1 intro to CrossFit session takes about an hour, and we’ll cover everything you need to know to get started with us. You’ll be greeted by one of our expert Trainers, and we’ll do what’s most important…get to know YOU and YOUR fitness goals, and show you how we can help YOU reach them in the best way possible. Every free intro session includes an explanation of CrossFit – What we do, Why we do it, and What you can expect to get out of it. At the end we will take you through a short sample CrossFit workout to help create a baseline of where your current level of fitness is. Best of all, our intro class is suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced and the sample workout at the end can be scaled to ANYONES current level of fitness. To put simply – CrossFit is for EVERYONE!
We believe that everyone starting out at CrossFit should have some basic understanding of the fundamentals. This is exactly what takes place during our 2 session Fundamentals program. Our goal by the end of day 2 is to have you feeling very comfortable with our most basic movements, which leads to a seamless integration into our regular group classes. The cost of our fundamentals program is $85 for 2 sessions with one of our qualified CrossFit trainers. If you have been CrossFitting else where, or feel you already “Have It”, we have a way for you to test-out and go right into regular group classes. We can schedule your Fundamentals classes as soon as you’ve completed our FREE intro session.
Now it’s time to put steps one and two to use by attending our regular group classes. Our community is full of friendly, like-minded individuals who will be by your side every step of the way! Don’t worry about being a beginner as more than 50% of all the people in every class are beginners just like you!
