Strongman is a class specifically geared towards the strongman style “odd” lifts. If you think lifting conventional barbells is fun, then you have to try our Strongman class featuring lifting implements such as – Atlas stones, the yoke, the farmers walk, axle and log lifts, tire flipping, sled pushing and pulling, the keg lifts, etc…
There is no prerequisite to this class as lifting Strongman style is safe and easy to learn.
Through the use of the strongman implements, getting super strong is more easily attainable!
